Registration
To register for TQStats League Manager services, your league and each team in your league must complete the registration forms available at http://www.tqstats.com.  All league registrations must be paid by credit card, using either MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.

Billing Policy
For credit card payments, the name CDM Fantasy Sports will appear on your credit card statement for all charges related to the TQStats League Manager service.  Credit cards will be billed within 2 days provided the charge is more than $15.  For charges of $15 and less, the sales will be accumulated and billed periodically throughout the month.  TQStats reserves the right to suspend Internet access for accounts that are not paid in full; this suspension includes suspension of Internet access for all leagues and all teams within these leagues that are associated with the delinquent account.  Delinquent accounts will be subject to 1.5% (18% annual) interest charges as well as any and all third-party collection fees.  Collection procedures could involve nationwide credit reporting and listing and possible legal proceedings.

Refund Policy
To withdraw your league registration and receive a full refund, you must submit your request in writing before week 4 of the football season. After this time, no full refunds will be issued.

Eligibility
TQStats League Manager services are available to individuals who have reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction. Individuals who have not reached legal age in their respective jurisdiction can register only with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Void where prohibited by law.

Internet/Technology Problems
If, for any reason, the Service is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of TQStats which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Service, TQStats reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the registration process and associated services and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Service. TQStats assumes no responsibility for any error, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation with transmission, communications, line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or allegation of registrations and associated services. TQStats is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, equipment or software, failure of any email or registration to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, phone lines, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant's computer related to or resulting from use of this Service. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, TQSTATS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TQStats is not responsible for any late, lost, garbled, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged registrations and/or service requests; any Service disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of TQStats or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Service.  TQStats or any subsidiary or affiliated company of any of the foregoing, are not in any way responsible or liable for any damage, loss or injury (including death) resulting from use of the Service. TQStats is solely responsible for enacting, administering, and maintaining the integrity of the Service. The Service and web site are not sponsored or endorsed by the National Football League.

Release
By using the Service, you release and agree to hold harmless TQStats, its sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Service (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Official Policies
The Service is subject to all United States laws, and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling. By using the Service, you agree to abide by the terms of the official policies and by the decisions of TQStats, which are final on all matters pertaining to the Service. TQStats reserves the right to change the official policies at any time.
